We've divided our class library into 3 sections to help you organize your mobility training. How you choose to tackle working your way through these videos is entirely up to you. Our recommendation is that you go through each section in its entirely before moving onto the next one.
For maximum results, you should aim to do each class twice. Following this plan, you've got 6 months worth of mobility training right here!
